Well done, nicely composed too.
Have to be more than three. Three would be in an equilateral triangle, if they were the same size.
Maybe there's a gas giant off-screen?
There'd be significant tidal effects. Not quite close enough that the Roche limit comes into play, but they're going to be stripping off each others' atmospheres.
Don't really care because it's just cool.

No--Traveller's OTU has uplifted Vargr, not chimps . . .
It does have uplifted orang utan, gibbons, (Solomani & Aslan p 28), dolphins, orcas, and bears (T20 THB p 20)... Dolphins also have a write-up in JTAS 6, CT character gen in JTAS 7...
Note that S&A is considered canon, even tho' Marc doesn't hold the IP clear on it.
