Imperial Patents of Nobility email?

Marc was offering Patents of Nobility for folks that sent $2 to his paypal account (onlooker1), but the offer was for the Mayday Event only (May 1st only).

I think you can order cards from his website tho - or maybe they come with an order of T5?

My sincerest apologies, M'Lady . . . (bows).
No need for apologies - mine's a fairly uncommon name, so if you've never encountered it before, in a predominantly male domain, it is an easy mistake to make.

Oh, and thanks for adding me to the roll. :)

I am the Marquis Capon.
Was a choice offered for Marquis vs. Marquise/Marchioness? (In the Noble Ranks section of Library Data (N–Z), the only included feminine-specific ranks were Dame and Baroness, and the former was noted as being obsolete.) Or perhaps it’s a unisex rank in the Third Imperium, a terminological descendant of “Her Majesty, the Duke of Lancaster”?

It was just whatever Marc decided to send out. I'm guessing he probably got them all printed up with male versions of the titles, but I believe that (with some exceptions) the rank titles are gender non-specific.

Funny thing: I'd gotten the Baronet Carmel ages ago, and my wife (who also plays Traveller) was a bit jealous.
So when I got the email, I sent for 2, figuring it was a tip, and asked, "Can I get one for my wife for a Mother's Day present?" and explained the backstory.

Two envelopes in the mail :
My wife is Countess Aramanx. What was very cool was her patent card was wrapped in a piece of card stock, with a label "A Mother's Day gift from the Emperor". Very stylish.

I got the Duke of Trin. Can not complain.

Congratulations, Your Lord & Ladyships. Your Lands and Titles have been recorded in the Roll of the Imperial College of Arms.
