Keith Douglass and J. Andrew Keith

OK, perhaps I have stumbled upon a well-known and obvious non-mystery, but here goes:

• Keith Douglass wrote the Amber Zone "Raid on Stataorlai" from Journal of the Travellers' Aid Society 20, set in "Kyaenkha subsector of the Dark Nebula sector."
• J. Andrew Keith was a designer for GDW's Alien Realms: Eight Excursions Beyond Human Space, which includes the adventure "Interdiction Zone," set in "Kyaeakha subsector"

Both adventures use the same Aslan clans. So, same guy? And maybe more important for my purposes, same location?

"Kyaenkha subsector" is listed as Subsector E of Dark Nebula of Traveller map.

"Kyaeakha subsector", OTOH, seems to fit Aslan word-orthography better.

That's awesome. I had always assumed they were the same until I double-checked the names.
